The line of products CAR SYSTEM is the result of an intensive work that SAMIA R&D laboratories have carried out in cooperation with major manufacturers of leather for automotive interiors.

Almost thirty years of experience on the finishing leather process and especially on formulation of pigment dispersion allowed SAMIA to develop CAR-TEX pigments.

The CAR-TEX line, thanks to the adoption of working systems at the cutting edge of technology and to the top quality of selected raw materials,  differs for the marked brightness, the high covering power and the excellent leveling effect.

The wide range of available basic pigment dispersions assures to minimize metamerism that usually occurs in the color matching of car-interiors even if matched with various supports, like plastic and synthetic materials in general.

They have been submitted to specific tests which guarantee the total reliability of the product, as well as the overcoming of chemical and physical trials presently adopted by the most selective and exacting market sections.

Besides, if we consider the professionality of our skilled coloring-speciallists and their versatility to use the most widespread colouring-software systems, it follows that SAMIA  has the necessary requirements for taking on a position of leader also in the car leather sector, which is the same role recognized for years in the leather finishing  sector.

The natural following step to the development of CAR-TEX line it was to give to the customer a whole range of products expressly studied for the finishing of leather assigned to automotive sector : it arises the CAR SYSTEM project, including CAR-BASE for base coat, CAR-PU resins, CAR-COAT, CAR-FIX and CAR-TOP for top coat, CAR-AX cross-linkers, CAR-AD and CAR-DULL auxialiaries.

     SAMIA最新的汽车座垫革涂饰系统是SAMIA公司的研发实验室和世界几家最著名的汽车座垫革生产厂共同合作研发的结晶。

     SAMIA有三十多年开发生产制革涂饰化料的经验，并且在颜料膏分散性上拥有独特技术，利用这些优势SAMIA开发了一系列高分散性的汽车座垫革专用颜料膏——CAR-TEX。这一系列汽车座垫革涂饰材料的开发,采用了当今世界最先进的技术,并且选用了顶级质量的优质原材料,在光泽度、遮盖力、平整度方面具有非常好的效果。在汽车座垫革生产中经常在对色中遇到色差问题，尤其是和塑料以及其他合成材料对色时，更加困难。SAMIA拥有众多可行的基础颜料膏分散系统，可确保将色差减小到最小。
